Women, LGBTIQ+ people, young people in vulnerable contexts, migrants, or rural people experience multiple overlapping exclusions that limit their autonomy, leadership, and development.

In collaboration with the Natura Institute, Eidos Global created Digital Mentoring, a program designed to empower women entrepreneurs. Implemented in Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico, the program offers a curriculum that covers employability, socio-emotional skills, and digital and financial competencies.
