What's the purpose of
learning anyway?

As we see it, the point of education (and our reason for being, too) is to shape a world

where humans thrive in community with one another and the planet.

We believe that many of the problems in our world can be traced back to a learning mindset that is outdated, available only to a few, and built on values that haven't evolved along with the needs

of our world. And while we won't be able to solve this all in our lifetimes, we are driven by a

100-year company mission to work toward goals that outlive us.

Lifelong, lifewide learning.

Learning is about so much more than acquiring skills to do a job.

It should be empowering and fun: a process that turns pressure into pleasure and supports us each in
contributing to our communities and living our lives to the fullest.
Human learning, made humane.

For you, for them,

for all.

All our programs are made free to end-users through partners and sponsors.

We emphasize adaptation and accessibility to enable any person to acquire the necessary skills to prosper in the future, and scale programs sustainably.

We design learning experiences with a special focus on human interaction and individuality.

Our programs are value oriented: deeply personal, gender-neutral, and

carefully adapted to the territories and populations we aim to reach.

The Eidos Constellation:

Seven stars that embody our values and guide our programs, our organization, and our team.
